A luxurious Country House

Camp Estate is a glamorous manor house, positioned on Larnach Castle land. It offers total privacy and a luxurious stay in an exclusive suite, with particular attention being paid to guest comfort. This is our Qualmark Gold, 5-Star accommodation. 

The country house is build from local blue stone, features a spectacular marble staircase, and has five spacious bedrooms, decorated in neo-classic style. Particularly lovely features of these rooms are the fire places and views of the surrounding countryside and harbour.

Guests enjoy full access to our guest sitting room and library, with easy access to the Castle and Gardens which is only a ten-minute walk or one kilometer from door to door. 

The accommodation package includes:

• Accommodation in a Camp Estate Room (up to two people). 
• Pre-dinner drink and canapès served in the sitting room if you are booked for Dinner in the Castle that evening. 
• Breakfast in our breakfast room on the ground floor, with continental and cooked breakfast by our Camp Estate Host (valued at $70.00 for two people). 
• Entry for two to Larnach Castle and Garden (valued at $90.00).
• Opportunity to experience Dinner in the Castle (price not included in the package; must be booked by 5pm). Read more here.

Booking conditions

• We require a deposit of one night's accommodation to secure the booking. Bookings without a deposit will not be held.
• Please send us a cheque, or credit card number plus expiry date. We do not accept American Express or Diners Cards.  If you are not happy sending credit card details through the web, our fax is 00 64 3 476 1574 or you can phone us on 00 64 3 476 1616. If you send a cheque please send details of the booking with your cheque!
• Cancellation policy – Your deposit, less a 10% handling fee, is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 96 hours (4 days) before the date booked. If the booking is cancelled after this the deposit is non-refundable if the room is not resold.
• Check in time is from 3.00pm. Check out is at 10.00am.
• Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 9.30am.
• All credit card transactions incur a surcharge of 2%.
