Full Bloom & Botanicals

Join us for an intimate tasting experience with Sandymount Distillery, paired with delicious food, all surrounded by Larnach Castle’s beautiful gardens in Full Bloom.
 
Throughout the experience, your host from Sandymount Distillery will guide you through each beverage, sharing insights into the botanicals, distillation process, and flavour profiles that make each spirit unique. Each tasting expertly paired with delicious seasonal fare crafted by the Larnach Castle chefs.
 
What to expect
You’re welcome to wander and enjoy the beautiful gardens before tasting session begins.
 
3pm: Arrive to the Castle and make your way to the Garden Marquee, located in the Ballroom Café Courtyard (wet weather option is the Grand Ballroom).
 
3.30pm: Enjoy a bespoke tasting session with Sandymount Distillery where each beverage will be paired with canapès.
 
Once the tasting concludes, you’re welcome to purchase additional food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcohlic available) after the tasting (depart approx. 6pm).
 
Ticket price and inclusions
$52 per person (18+ event), and includes:

• Four bespoke cocktails designed and presented by Sandymount Distillery. Each cocktail showcases a variety of Sandymount premium spirits.

• Delectable food pairing served with each cocktail (canapé sized).

• Larnach Castle Garden Entry – you’re welcome to arrive early to enjoy our gardens.
