Booking Conditions

Because we are so popular and often fully booked, we require a deposit of one night's accommodation to secure the booking. Bookings without a deposit will not be held.

Please send us a cheque or credit card number plus expiry date. We do not accept American Express or Diners Cards. If you are not happy sending credit card details through the web our fax is 00 64 3 476 1574. Phone 00 64 3 476 1616. If you send a cheque please send details of the booking with your cheque!

Cancellation policy – Your deposit, less a 10% handling fee, is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 96 hours (4 days) before the date booked. If the booking is cancelled after this the deposit is non-refundable if the room is not resold.
