Supporting Those Affected by Errick’s Closure
We know how much planning goes into your special day. If your upcoming event was booked at Errick’s, we’re here to help you bring it to life. Celebrations can include weddings, gala dinners, award ceremonies, cocktail events and more.
We are mindful of the recent news about the closure of Errick’s Venue in Dunedin, and we want to support our local community during this time. If your wedding or function was booked at Errick’s and you’ve been impacted, we’d love to work with you to bring your event to life at the Castle.
We would like to offer you a 10% discount off your final invoice to help lessen the financial impacts you may have experienced. Simply reach out and we’ll work with you from there. We are also partnering with Otago Heritage Buses who have come on board to offer discounted return transport to and from the Castle.
What’s Included
- Venue Hire: A stunning castle setting for weddings, functions, and celebrations
- Food & Catering: We will work with you and your budget to create a delicious menu. Please note that all catering is provided in-house, we are unfortunately not able to work with outside caterers.
- Beverages: A full beverage menu to complement your event and keep the celebrations flowing.
- Dedicated Functions and Events Team to work with you on planning and delivery.
Terms & Conditions
- The 10% discount applies to the final invoice for guests who held a confirmed booking at Errick’s Venue.
- Events must be booked and held between now and 31 October 2026.
- The discount applies to venue hire, food, and beverages arranged through the Castle.
- Subject to availability. Our standard contract T&C’s apply.
- Heritage Buses 20% discount is offered independently and is subject to their availability and terms. Book directly with Otago Heritage Bus Society (details below).
- Excludes external vendor costs unless otherwise discussed and confirmed.
