Castle
  • Summer: 8:30am to 6:00pm daily (last entry 5pm)
  • Winter: 9:00am to 5:00pm daily (last entry 4pm)

  • Summer: 9:00am to 7:00pm daily 
  • Winter: 9:00am to 5:00pm daily

Ballroom Cafe

  • Year-round: 9:30am to 4:30pm daily (except Christmas Day)
 

Gift Shop (and accommodation check-outs)

  • Summer: 8:00am to 5:00pm daily
  • Winter: 8:30am to 5:00pm daily
 

Summer and winter hours

  • Summer hours are from 1 October to 30 March
  • Winter hours are from 31 March to 30 September
