An opportunity has arisen to take on the key role of General Manager, responsible for the smooth running and operational accountability of all 13 functions of the Castle’s activities, including marketing; gardens, upkeep and maintenance, accommodation, catering, functions, and shop sales. This signifi cant entity includes a multi-million dollar turnover and approximately 80 staff. Ongoing business development and growth is implicit in this dynamic and challenging position.
This family-owned business is seeking someone to ensure the delivery of high quality services throughout its operations. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- superior line-management experience coupled with a practical knowledge of human resource processes and
- a strong commercial acumen including fi nancial planning and budget management.
